Green Tea Chiffon Cake

Green Tea Chiffon:
A: Self-rising flour 90g, sugar 30g, salt 1/4 tsp, green tea powder 1 tsp (you can add more to have a stronger green tea flavour)
B: milk 60g, egg yolk 4, corn oil 60g
C: egg white 4, sugar 60g, cream of tartar 1/4 tsp

1. Mix A.
2. Mix B then pour it into (1).
3. Preheat oven at 150C.
4. Add cream of tartar into egg white and whisk to mix until foamy, pour in 1/3 sugar, mix at high speed, then repeat 1/3 and the last 1/3 of sugar until it is stiff.
5. Pour in 1/3 of (4) into (2), mix well. Then pour in the rest and mix until well combined.
6. Pour batter into prepared tin (7 inch square tin) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
